FSP Booster x5 450w how does it work?

i have a acer aspire 3400g, i believe it only has a 200w or 250w psu. im powering a gt430 asus 1gig on it running diablo but at 1080 it can get a bit choppy on low lettings.

i recently seen the fsp booster 450w.

so i was thinkin on buying that for $89.00

and a video card that could power diablo at 1080 without a problem.

can someone help me and clarify how that fsp booster works? and whats a better graphics card to work with it? (yes my computer is a htcp slimline)

it's simply a PSU that fits in a 5.25 bay to power your video card (s)

but for less money you can get a better power supply

ok say i bought that. would that just have to sit outside my case? cause of course its not gunna fit, which i dont mind actually.

AND SO WHATS A GOOD GRAPHICS CARD TO PUT INTO MY COMPUTER THEN. I PREFER NVIDA
