CPU: i5 3450
MOBO: Z75 chipset board

You can save some cash and get a i3 2100 and H61 chipset, the downside is you won't have much expansion capacity, but you will save money now and likely need to upgrade board and processor in 18months - 2years time when the i3 should be redundant.

RAM: You want 8GB for BF3 as to brands the cheapest 8GB set, RAM has very little performance hit on your setup, but look for DDR3 1600.
GPU: HD 6870/GTX 560ti
PSU: Corsair CX500
Screen: your choice.

I have to agree with the H61 and a 3rd generation Intel® Core™ i5-3550. One of the advantages of the 3rd generation processors is that you are gaining access to PCI-E 3.0. The H61 chipset does not support PCI-E 3.0 so you are missing out on that feature.

If buying new I don't believe a 3rd gen core I processor should ever be put on a 60 series chipset by virtue of losing its features which you pay for in getting the chip in the first place, if you are going to buy a H61 rather throw in a i5 2400.

The downside though to H61 is limited boards with USB3.0 and limited SATA 3 ports, some H61 boards had 4xDIMM slots but most are 2xDIMM slots.
