Usb 3 pci card

I have just purchased and installed a delock usb 3 pci express card. It appears in device manager as usb controller but with no driver. I tried to install driver from disc supplied to no avail. I downloaded driver from delock site for windows 7 64 bit but this will not install either, The card is installed in my Dell Dimension 9200. Anybody else had problems

Delet from device manager, shutdown, remove card, boot to windows, install driver, shutdown, install card, boot to windows, driver should automatically get installed from driver cache.
