Looks fine other than you have the wrong RAM in there. That's triple channel RAM and you want dual channel RAM. Something like 4x4GB would work fine. Look at G.Skill or Corsair.

I'd get a 3770K, an Asus Z77 PRO model, an 8GB 1600MHz DDR3 kit (you have the wrong RAM type, you need dual channel). For the GPU, do you use any Adobe programs that would benefit from CUDA acceleration?

I will be doing a bit of photoshop but mostly sony vegas pro for editing/rendering. Thanks about the RAM aswell, would I be able to upgrade if needed later on?

For editing get a 16GB kit and a 670 to take advantage of GPU acceleration. Also, definitely get a 3770K, you need all the rendering speed you can get.
