Please help me guys :(

heey guys I have a problem with my screen resolution !
the screen resolution changes by itself even if I don't play any game !
as ana example while I'm writing this post my resolution was 1440X900 then suddenly I had a black screen then my resolution changed to 1280x800 dunno why !! then it went back normal !
please someone help me
I have a GT 430 2GB DDR3
4 GB Ram
core2Quad 2.33

What is your monitor? Knowing it's specs could help. EDIT: I see you added that it is 21". Does it have a model number listed somewhere on the front?

Are you using the most up to date drivers? Try installing those and see if that helps.

I remembered now that this started to happen when I updated the VGA card driver :S what should I do now ?

First try reinstalling the newest drivers from http://www.nvidia.com/Download/Find.aspx

If that still doesn't work if you remember which drivers were stable for you they will have those listed on that same site, you can re-install those.
