How terrible is this setup? I plan to get a good graphics card in a month or so and would appreciate some ideas. ($150 tops) How bad will this MOBO hold my system back? What upgrades would you guys do next?

I plan to get a second HDD soon (320GB?).

What brand is the PSU? That might be what I would upgrade next even before you upgrade the GPU, depending on the brand.

Otherwise, I would definitely upgrade the GPU, maybe something like this:
XFX HD-687A-ZHFC Radeon HD 6870 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card - $180 w/$30 rebate
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150561

or any HD 6850 or HD7770 if you don't want to deal with a rebate to get under your $150 budget.

That mobo seems to be a pretty good little mobo. It will handle any of the FX processors (and hopefully Piledriver as well). It is not going to hold you back.
