IP address

Hello,

I have a lynksys wrt54g wireless router, and I am unable to log in to the router, the IP is 192.168.200.102,, I enter this into firefox and get connection error, I check the ip and it gives me the address listed.

Any ideas how to get back in to change the setting? BTW using the reset button and it is still the same.

I did manage to restore communication with the router, but I can't get the router to take the update, also I can't get the 2 wrt routers to talk to each other. I have one in the house and was putting this one in the garage.

Any thoughts?

you will have to us DD-WRT firmware on the secondary router for the two router to be able to talk to each other.

in Client Bridge mode the two router will connect wirelessly to each other allowing you to connect the computer to the LAN ports of the secondary router.

I have tried several times to flash the router with factory firmware with no luck, it says " upgrade are failed",, I tried it once with dd-wrt v.24 mini and normal. my router has the 1.00.9 software in it, is it even upgradeable? Followed your links and gonna try again.
