CPU Fan has failed

I am getting a CPU Fan has failed, press F2 to continue everytime I boot up my pc but am unable to go any further. pressing F2 doesn't allow me to go any further. I'm trying to get into the Bios so I can hopefully turn this error message off. I have no clue why it is giving me this error, as all my fans are working. Can anyone please help?

The CPU fan may be working, but is it working at the necessary RPMs?... If the screen goes blank the processor may be overheating... check the heatsink for loseness, check the thermal grease, check the fan connection, and even the Power Supply may need some checking as it may not be supplying enough power to spin the fan fast enough. Also check the PSU connections to motherboard, cpu & drives.
