ViDock 4 Plus?

My gamer friend recently got me a ViDock 4 Plus for my HP Laptop that has the following specs

Intel i3 330
Intel GMA HD
4 GB RAM
500 GB Hard Drive.

I am thinking of putting a GTX 560 in the ViDock 4 Plus, how much FPS would I get in a game like Battlefield 3, Skyrim, etc?

It all depends on resolution and settings. But it will be definitely playable on high to max settings.

Would Medium on 1366x768 work? Would I get at least 60 FPS?

At that resolution you could expect high from skyrim (due to CPU bottleneck, not due to graphics card) and high on battlefield 3. Those settings should run at round 60 fps I suppose.
