Will Radeon HD7850 work with Asus P5N-E SLI?

I am debating to either upgrade my entire system (except for the hard drives and other things, which are already great) or just upgrade the existing system for a little extra boost.

My motherboard is an Asus P5N-E SLI. Will I have any problems upgrading to a Radeon HD7850? Should I get a new motherboard, processor, ram, etc.? I am looking for a reasonable boost in performance for The Old Republic for the least amount of money possible.

My current video card is a Geforce 9600 GT, so the power requirements are even less than what I am using now, so that should not be an issue. I am more concerned with compatibility with the motherboard.
