Computer sound mixed with my mic sounds win 8

I bought a new laptop and it was loaded with windows 8 , when I use my mic on Skype for example , people can hear my computer sounds or music or ingame sounds along with my voice ...



How can I fix that ? I want to turn off computer sound and stick with mine only ,

If there is sound coming out of your speakers then the mic will pick those up. You could try buying a headset if your computer has the proper inputs for one.
