This is what I have so far, it's not built yet.. I'm in the process of that now.
I want this computer to be able to play the largest of games on high graphics.

so let me get this straight. youre getting an asrock z77 extreme 4 motherboard AND a gigabyte z68X-UD3H-B3 motherboard????
or are you just asking which is better. cause that would be asrock as it comes with the new chipset

Lol. +1 on the Asrock choice.

@OP, you want a better GPU when you want to play a large variety of games on atleast high on 1080p. Something like a 7850 or 7870 shouldnt hurt the budget.
You can cut down your PSU to 600W or so to save some money. Lastly, Windows 7 Home Premium is enough, Pro is just for those running alot of applications.

hmm 2 mother boards and no cpu might be an issue... also what is your budget? plan on overclocking?...plan on sli in future?...samsung 830 series is better ssd,...better GPU options also but depends on budget...
