Quiet, affordable 650w+ PSU?

Whats a nice quiet PSU that can deliver 650w without blowing up? Don't care one bit about modular cables or anything, and want to spend around £60. I saw the Corsair TX650 but also read people complaining about fan noise on it. What else is there?

TX 650 should be nice. (At least my TX 750 has been)

Not with my TX.

I had coil whine on an entry level CX 500w, but even then, Corsair took it back and said they didn't consider coil whine acceptable for even their entry level units. (It was a defective unit)
