Windows 7 pc suddenly shutdown during installation of os and softwares or

Hello,
my system (mother and cpu) tempeture is crossing over 80 degree c. to 95-96 deg. cl. on ann on during any type of installation...and pc suddenly shuts down...as well during OS installation too..
what shoud i do now..? pls help...

Thats a bit hot... Make sure you have applied the thermal paste correctly. If the temp is still high then I advise taking a look at your cases airflow setup make sure you have the correct configuration with your fans also if you are using the standard stock cooler then perhaps you could upgrade this to an aftermarket cooler.
