Window lag behind

I just recently built this computer (2 days ago) and ever since the first boot if I put a non-full screen window in-front of another and move it over it it lags behind kinda like it has 2 or 3 versions of itself following it, I have no idea what the problem is but it doesn't appear with a little window in-front of the desktop, only if it's one little window on top of another little window. What the *** is happening?

Update your video drivers, try different bios, also Ram can cause this, try swapping out ram on try different slots.

As I said, new system, Already have installed the latest drivers. Try different bios?

Don't upgrade your bios until we have a full idea of what setup you are using. List your specs and go from there.

16gb of 2400MHz Ram
anything else?
triple rad cooling which probs wont help you at all

Have you tried turning off sli and seeing if it still happens?

Also I know you said you had the latest drivers but I am sure there has been an issue with the 301.42 drivers in relation to 600 series cards. I would try installing :

as that may solve your problem.

yes I have disabled sli and it happens worse, I will try those drivers
