Video card is a little weak compared to the processor, but it should be fine for most games. It's not that bad, but could use an upgrade to a HD7970 or a GTX680, but it's not bad.

To answer your question: yes it will be able to play most games and it will give good performance.

However, as already pointed out the GPU is a bit weak. What resolution will you be gaming at?
Also, what is the point of 2 SSDs?
12GB is overkill. 8Gb is plenty.
The PSU is not bad, but there are better brands out there (Corsair, Antec, Seasonic).

Also, for games alone an i7 is overkill. An i5 will perform just as well in games and save you money you could use towards a better GPU. The GPU is the main component when gaming, so get the best you can afford.

*124GB SSD don't exist.

*Sandy/Ivy Bridge only support memory capacities that are multiple of 2 (1, 2, 4, 8, 16 and 32) not 12GB.

*2 different capacities SSDs???

*Hitachi hard drives are not very reliable.

*the i7 3770 is not overcloackble, you need the i7 3770k (if you want to overclock)

*you did not listed a motherboard.

* although OCZ PSUs are good there are more efficient/reliable options for a bit more.

*like i said, check out my signature builds.

The $200 6950 will give you excellent performance in most games.
The $310 3770 is a fine card, but more expensive than other better gaming cpu's

I think you would do better with a 3570 or 3570K for $215-$230
paired with a stronger graphics card like a $300 GTX660ti or a 7850.

My rule of thumb would be to budget twice the cpu cost for your graphics card.

12gb will be supported, but is a strange amount. Kits are 4gb and 8gb usually. 12gb kits may be for X58 type motherboards which use 1.65v ram.
For gaming, no game uses more than 2-3gb, so 8gb is the usual recommendation.

Larger ssd's tend to be a bit faster.
I think you would be better off with a single 180gb ssd.
I would suggest this intel 330 180gb dds for $160:

That is plenty for the OS and perhaps 10 games.

If you ever need more, then buy a hard drive for storage.
