What should I upgrade first? Please reply with model and a link if possible!

PC Specs:
AMD Athlon II 270 Processor 3.60 GHz dual core, DDR3 8gb RAM1333 mhz, ATI Radeon HD6450 1GB, 500GB Sata II 3Gb/s, ACE PSU 350w, Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3 Motherboard.

... I would honestly just scrap everything. Nothing there holds much value but the RAM, but there are better modules. Can you tell me your budget? I'll give you a good list of components you could afford.

I see. Well, the motherboard is still good (kinda) - you could put in an FX CPU, like the FX-6300, replace the video card for a 7770, right there that's about 300$. Use the 50$ to buy a better PSU!

The CPU you've found is fine, as long as your BIOs is upto date. If you can stretch your budget abit more, go for a Radeon 7850.

Hi, not with your 350W PSU. AMD recommend a 500W or greater PSU which has a 6-pin PCI Express power connector for the Graphic card. Even the Radeon 7750 requires a 400W PSU minimum. I would get a good PSU and Graphic card, save up the extra cash for a better CPU down the line.
