Changing onboard graphic card to a new video card

Hello,
after I install the driver of the new video card, and disabled the display adapters.then restart. the onboard driver keeps on returning and reinstalling itself.

I'm using a emaxx AM3 mobo

and in the device manager under display adapters the driver of the new video card wont appear. I dont know what to do please help :|

try reinstalling the driver from cd first then restart pc see if there is any difference if not then unistall any drivers related to the video card and restart the computer after it comes back up try to instal the latest drivers then

I've tried that so many times now.

I also tried uninstalling the onboard graphic card.and right after I tried to install the new driver but there was an error
