Graphics Card/ Psu help

My Pc has a liteon 350 watt power supply. Currently it has a intel gma 3000 integrated graphics. I want to get a Radeon HD 6670 GDDR5 for it. I looked on the reviews on amazopn and newegg and it does not use much power. Will it work or what new psu will i have to get?

Core2 Quad- 2.4 ghz 32 bit
4 gb corsair at 800 mhz
16x DVD drive
1 tb hdd and 500gb hdd 5400rpm
liteon 350 watt psu
