Need help new to rigs

I need some help I am building my own rig and i seem to have one small issue it won't power on my specs are

Intel i7 3770k
Asus P8Z77-V motherboard
Nvidia GeForce 560 ti graphics card
Corsair vengeance 8GB (4GBX2)
Corsair gaming series 800w power supply
1tb hard drive
LG BH14 blu-ray drive
Rosewill CHALLENGER-U3 Black Gaming ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Now the LEDs on the motherboard light up but the power on my case won't any suggestions

If this rig is meant for gaming, you are spending money in the wrong areas. What is your budget, location, and screen resolution? If I know these, I can make a parts list very quickly for you.

I have all the parts I have the rig it's somewhat complete I'm just having an issue when I hit the power button nothing happens

Thank you this is awesome I'm going to use this and see if I can troubleshoot this hopefully it's me being dumb and placing something in the wrong slot just frustrating that it's not powering on but thanks for the feedback.
