Okay, so i'm not entirely sure if this is the correct place for this post. But I am having a problem with D-SUB power save mode when I turn my monitor on and it's connected to my computer. I am posting this from a spare computer that I have. Anyways, I just installed a new Power Supply Antec Earthwatt 750 Watt. Replacing my old 300 watt HP PSU. I was using it just fine the other day until I installed this new PSU, now it wont work with either psu or with either GPU installed into it.

Newer Setup:
3 2G DDR3 Ram sticks
FOXCON 2A92 mobo
AMD Phenom II X4 840t 2.9Ghz
6670 radeon HD 1G
Antec Earthwatt 750watt
1 1,000Gigabyte HD 7,200rpm

Old Setup:
3 2G DDR3 Ram sticks
FOXCON 2A92 mobo
AMD Phenom II X4 840t 2.9Ghz
Nvidia 530gt 2G
HP 300 watt
1 1,000Gigabyte HD 7,200rpm

I've tried both and it still isn't working, even though it was working with my old setup like an hour before I tried to install the new PSU. I don't know what to do or whats wrong with it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Will I have to get a new mother board?

I have made sure every cable from the power supply has been plugged in correctly and firmly. Also, I have removed the battery, do I need to keep it out and try turning it on then, or would keeping it out for 40 seconds and then putting it back in and trying to boot then because I have already done that. But thanks for replying.

Also, my green mother board light comes on, all fans start up, the HD starts up, everything starts up it seems like. Just keeps giving me on the screen D-SUB Power Save Mode.

Okay I tried that also. I did all of those and it still didn't work. I removed the battery for 2 minutes, and after putting it back in I removed the RAM and put it back in, then after that I removed the GPU and stuck it back in, and it is still saying that its going into dsub power save mode. :/ Really thank you for giving advice and helping here.

I guess I need to invest into a new case and mother board than lol either that or it is the Video card, I'll just have to find out after I get new mobo and case.
