Wireless PCI Adapter Issue

Hello,
I have a D-Link wireless PCI Adapter I am trying to put into my eMachines desktop. However, there is no slot on the motherboard for it to go in. What can I buy to mount onto the motherboard so I can install the PCI adapter?

Are you saying the D-Link is PCI?
If so there is nothing to my knowledge you could add to your motherboard to make it work.
You will have to seek a different card that works with what your computer has.
