First Possible PC Rig, Please Please Review

Goals: Gaming; LOTS of modding

NOTE: Not interested in "overclocking"

INQUIRY: Liquid Cooling. Should I really get that?? :/  I'm leaning to a no. Motherboard, is it alright? I guess that's it. Probably gonna switch out the 120 MM fans for the Default Fans.

Not bad
You do not need the 212 evo cooler since you won't be overclocking.
The motherboard is excessive, you won't be needing more than 2 pcie x16 slots.
You don't need all the case fans or such a HUGE case. If there's a corsair mid tower pick that.
1000w is way too much,get 750w and definitely not cooler master.Antec or thermaltake are the lowest i would go.
Get a better graphics card instead.

Lol. Honestly. The case is purely cosmetic. I'm a sucker for anything that turns my place to a vigilante hideout!

Thanks so much for your suggestion too! Dually noted! I got a reply from another forum that Max fan is just not recommended for this kind of case especially. And I'll look into the motherboard thingy as well. I'll sure as hell be taking my time before making an order! :D
