Fan Question

I have a Cooler Master Storm Scout Case. It came with three fans: front 140mm red LED, top 140mm, and rear 120 mm LED. The dust filter blocks out most of the red LED from the front fan, so could I just switch the top and front fans? They're both the same size.

Will I have to change where the fans are plugged into the motherboard or anything? Or is it just a quick un-screw/screw job?
