First of all the bios, should give the best and most solid temp report. some software to read the Thermostatic sensors are not always right showing +10 to 15c more.
Secondly its a four core Cpu/Gpu combo. A stock cooler will hold it in check. But to honest you are better looking for an after market cooling solution if the heat is worrying you.
And after market cooling solution will knock on average 10 to 16c off the temps when it is doing a lot of work in windows not at Idle I suggest you look into one.
If it does not go over 60c under load of the system then it should be ok 80, 90c then get a new cooler by all means to resolve it. Or you may of just slightly fitted the cooler wrong. or forgot to take the plastic strip of the heat sink compound pre installed on the stock cooler so you may want to check you did remove it. easy tune looks like its reporting the temps right also 37c in the bios easy tune says 40c looks a ok to me.
