Yes, more than enough. The CX430 v2 is manufactured by Seasonic and they are VERY good at it!

Channel Well you mean?

Yeah, I was under the impression all the V2s are Seasonic. But CW is good too, but not as good.

All CX(except cx 400), VS, & GS series are CWT, and yes CWT is fine when
the brand contracts for quality specs, and Corsair does that.
Some of these might be switching or have recently switched
to Chicony and will need test reports before most of us would recommend.

NO. i am not planning to o/c the cpu. But will there be any need for some cooling solutions as i am having a local brand of atx cabinet (iball) ???
