Best graphics card for system

Hey Guys... iv been given a system by a friend and its a compaq.. it has a 4600 core2duo @2.4 and 2gig ddr800 with onboard graphics.. the power supply is only 300 watt.. my question is i dont want to spend alot of money on it but i need a pcie graphics card for it.. its for my dad who bless him still plays delta force black hawk down online and a little tiger woods 2008 at a ripe old age of 68.. aawwww.. i can hear u say.. lol.. what card would i get away with without changing the power supply.. thanks in advance and look forward to any advice.. cheers
