Alright, was upgrading my fan and heat sink on my gtx 560 come to find out was right one anyways now I got it disable. Is it same way applying TIM on cpu? Put pea size and let it spread from pressure or should I spread it manually with a credit card?

Yeah, that's pretty much it, the same as with a CPU. I prefer a thin layer spread with a credit card, or I have a small brush I use. It seems more accurate and uniform, but either way is fine.

Don't spread it... Just apply it like you would a cpu.(but less, as it is a lot smaller).
