Feedback on Proposed Build

I am interested in putting together a gaming PC. It has been 8 years since I have done this, so I am have been out of the tech loop for a long time, but have been reading a lot and this is what I came up with.

My main interest is Minecraft and would like to run it on max settings. Other games will surely follow, but I won't mind if they are not as high, settings wise.

Intel Core i5 3570K Ivy Bridge
Gigabyte GA-768XP-UD3 Motherboard
2x Corsair Vengeance 4GB DDR3 1600
Samsung 830 Series MZ-7PC128B/WW SSD 128GB SATA III
XFX Double D HD-687A-ZDFC Radeon HD 6870 1GB 256-bit
CORSAIR CX Series CX750 750W ATX12V

I went with this mobo because it has 2 PCI Express 2.0 @ 16x, 8x so I could add a second video card, and the 750W PSU for if I do add the second video card and a terabyte HDD in the future.

Anyone see any issues with this build or have any suggestions?

That's massive overkill for minecraft, and the GPU seems a bit out of balance with the CPU.

There is no need for a 750W PSU here, and that one is strictly a budget unit. Far better to get a higher quality 650W.
