Hello, I want to build a computer, since my current laptop can't do anything beyond some web surfing. I know how to put stuff together, but I need to know what to put in it. Looking for something around 400$. I just want to be able to comfortably play Sims 3 and Vindictus; I don't play any other pc games.

this will let you play your games. it wont perform that well compared to intel chips in that price bracket but has much better graphics
