Problem with resolution

I bought a new computer few days ago ,
GTX 550 Nvidia ti sc
and when i put resolution 1900X1200(the best thats ok)
its doing on the bottom of the screen black and white lines
and i try many stuff
i have a LCD 24 86PV something like this of hiesense.
Please help me!!
only the lines are the problem
and want to play that resolution on all games!!
and for now im playing with black and white lines on the bottom of the screen!!
please help!!
dont say to change resolution please!

under nvidia control panel for video size. click on customize and try one of the 1080 settings.

It must be another way to stay with the resolution without lower it!!!

Where is the control panel of nvidia?
When i installed the driver it was with windows 7 update!
and i dont find any control panel!
please help!
and will that work?

No there is not another way. You monitor does not support it. Thus it cannot display it. It's useless trying to stay with it, things will not look better.

Why? Why do you need to run it at that resolution? The only solution is to buy a monitor that supports it.

go to nvidia web page...to the auto update..it tell you the newest driver for the 550ti.
install it and reboot. when windows loads on the bottom right of screen should be a green nvidia icon.
open it and go to change resolution in the control panel.
go to customize..under it have the 1080 tv settings..you should be able to set your vdieo card and 10 up to a working 1080 for games.

He cannot do it. The highest resolution his TV supports is 1366x768.
