The max power of the CPU is over 95w!

how do i get this problem fix with my max power of the cpu is over 95w ?

I assume amd? Some of the same cpus are both 95w/125w with no easy way to tell, but try and find a 95w version and they seem to be ghosts, so almost all are the 125w versions. Unfortunately some mobos act like these 95's exists top out @ 95w, while you can run a 125w in 95w board with no damage it will throttle it to 800mhz most likely. This answer may have nothing to do with your ? because your ? isn't very clear, but my answer is..
