I wabt to upgrade my graphics card

Hello there, i'm looking to upgrade my graphics card to something that will run games better, i don't know much about computers but i currently have a ATI HD 3200.
What other graphics cards can i get that will be compatible and able to fit into the slot that is currently taken by my ati 3200?

It's a Dell Inspiron 546 desktop with a Dell 0F896N mainbard.
