GTX 460 & GTX 460 SE Sli help

Sorry kiddo. Your cards are not compatible. The shader count is different. the SE has 288 Cores and the regular 460 has 336 cores. Yahoo might has told you because the chips are both "460" but in reality they are not because of different core count. Tell me 2 things, what motherboard do you have and do the cards show up in the NVIDIA control panel

Ok well your options is you can use one of the 460's as a physx or you can sell one of the two and get another card with the same chip and then SLI... If i were you i'd just sell both the cards and buy a new GPU and not worry about SLI until later on. Your gonna loose money most likely if you just sell one to buy another

Ok so im guessing the 460 is better than the Se. But I also have a gtx 550 Ti (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130625) laying around. Which is better the 460 or 550.
