Best N Router

Ok so i have had a netgear n600 or i should say a wndr3700 v2 for a couple of months now and lately it has been boggin down my connection pretty badly im on a 40/5 connection. Now i have seen that the netgears sometimes can bog down you connection so now im back on my old dlink dir655 and my speeds are good but the wireless is flaky on the dlink. Now as far as whats on the market now for routers what seems to be the best n router on the market now? I have heard the cisco e4200 is a beast has anyone used this one?
