Doesn't meet the recommended specs for Borderlands 2. Need a better graphics card. You can play it with a GTX550ti at reduced graphics levels. Arma II it should be fine.

the recommended GPU is a GTX 560 or HD 5850

knock the PSU down to a Corsair CX500 or CX600 to save some money ~$50
