PC Build, Good Enough?

Hey guys! I was just wondering if this build would be good enough to play most games on Ultra Graphic settings without any lag:

CPU: Intel® 3rd Generation Core™ i7-3770 (3.4GHz, 8M Cache, 8x Cores)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600MHz High Performance Gaming RAM
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 Gainward Phantom 2GB 256bit DDR5 Overclocked Edition DX11
Power Supply: Corsair Professional Series HX650 650W 80+ Modular
Motherboard: ASUS P8Z77-V Pro Z77 LGA 1155 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 MB

I also welcome any improvements that you guys suggest. I only have a budget of about $1 835. So please don't go overboard!

Some extra questions:
Do you guys think I should get a 3770k i7 or stick with the normal 3770?
Do you guys think i should swap out the RAM for 16GB?

Thanks

8GB is plenty of RAM for a system that is purely used for gaming, having more RAM is only useful if you use applications that can take advantage of the extra memory. Also for gaming purposes the i7 isn't needed, you could easily back down to a i5 3570k and overclock while saving yourself some money, however, if you are dead set on an i7 then you may as well fork out the extra cash and get a 3770k so you can overclock at some point.

Hope that helps, that will be a great gaming machine!
