Random Restarts

Hi,
Well after I changed the PSU and added a SSD, I seem to have a problem, my computer restarts randomly most times in games, my cpu temp gets wayyy too high like 61, when playing games like GTA SAMP, with skype and Teamspeak and steam and anti virus(no scannning) open. Even at idle it restarts like once a day randomly! At idle my temp is at 47 What should I do?

AMD FX 8120 Stock Cooler
Asus M5A78L-M USB 3 Mobo
Win Vista 32bit Home premium
4GB RAM

heres what i found in system log about that restart, The previous system shutdown at 18:08:04 on 08/09/2012 was unexpected. event id 6008, heres what microsoft says about it http://support.microsoft.com/kb/326564 should i apply the fix?
