radeon 7750 : $99 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

This card requires little power and is more powerful than a 6670

I'm afraid HD 7750 might bottlenecked. Also, he cannot buy from newegg and it's streching his budget.

He said his budget was from $100-150 so a $99 card shouldn't stretch his budget.

Even if it does bottleneck it's better to have more GPU power because in the future he could upgrade his CPU and most of his system but keep the video card.

IDK why they say so but it will work for sure.

@maxh22: ever heard of export fees? Cards outside USA cost more.. much more. In europe, for example GTX 560 Ti costs $300+, while in the USA it costs around $200.

thanks .. now i'll not think about my psu
what do you think about Zotac NVIDIA GeForce GT 430 Synergy Edition 4 GB DDR3 Graphics Card
and will i be able to play gta 4 smoothly(30fps) on low -med settings with 6670
Graphics card Master

Your PSU is too low for HD 6770. If you want something more powerful than HD 6670, the only option you've got with your PSU is HD 7750, but it might be too expensive for you. Furthermore, Hd 6670 will definitely play GTA 4, I'd be more worried about your CPU.
