Computer crashing while playing any games

Hello guys, I am relatively new to building my own computer and this is the first one I have ever built. My computer keeps crashing while playing any games that go full screen, be it League of Legends, CS:GO, BF3, they all crash. Sometimes, it will run for as long as I need and not crash, but usually, it crashes very quickly (5 Minutes) or in the middle of me doing something (30-1H) . When this happens it either crashes to a black screen and I get no signal or it crashes to a colored screen with lines running down the screen. I have to hard restart my computer to be able to use it again. Also, I do not get the post beeps when my computer starts up. My computer runs fine and never has a problem watching videos or surfing the web but as soon as I get into a game after a couple minutes it crashes. I have tried re installing windows, re installing the video drivers, cleaned out my computer, everything! I don't think this is overheating but it may be, I have hardware monitor and my temps are all >40 idle and >60-65 under load. After when my computer crashes sometimes I get three beeps from my computer so I think it may be a hardware problem if it is not overheating. I have been looking for a solution but nothing is working! Please help!

Note: I have NO overclocks of ANY type running at all at the moment. All clock speeds are running at default settings

Specs:
Mobo: Asrock z77 extreme 4
GPU: Gigabyte 7850 OC edition
CPU: i3-2120
Power Supply: Antec Neo 520W

Computer Idle Temps:

CPU Temps Under Load: (Intel Burn Test 10 passes)

GPU Temps Under Load (FurMark 1080P Burn in test, Max temp 82C 15 mins)

My GPU got quite hot, but not enough to crash so I don't think it's that, the only think I can think of left is the mobo

Do you have a different pc you can test the gpu on? If so do that. You could also try playing a game with no gpu. I think you could play league of legends without a gpu or play team fortress 2 I know you can play that without a gpu. Try it a couple times so you don't get lucky the first time and think its ok. I had a problem with a build a few months ago and thought I had fixed it like four different times just to have it freeze on me the next day. It was the mobo had to rma it but mine was freezing in and out of games.

To use integrated graphics is the only I have to do take out the GPU and plug my HDMI cord into my mobo?

Just play some games for a few days and see how it goes. Good luck.

Do you think it could be my GPU even though it passed in FurMark?

AMD's driver writers must have been on "vacation" for the past few month's. I too have been having some troubles with massive frame rate slow ups on occasion and pro graphics program crashes. This is with one card and 2 cards in cross fire. Not having these problems right now with nvidia products using same programs, same machine. Wake up noids.

You need to start eliminating components that could be causing the problem. If it freezes with the gpu out then its not the gpu.
