$600 Budget build

I'm currently looking to build my brother a gaming PC nothing crazy just something that'll handle WOW at some ultra settings or completely maxed out if possible. I usually do my PC part shopping at Newegg but I'm open to any suggestions.

That's about all i have together at the moment I need suggestions on everything except a monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers
Also would the CPU be a bottle neck to the GPU?
