Antec warranty replacement takes forever?

So the top 140mm fan on my Antec 302 case died back in mid December, contacted Antec right away, and the warranty replacement was approved. It's been a little over a month and still have not received it! Are they always this slow?

Contact them again and ask for a status/tracking number.

I wouldn't know, I've never had them actually honor their warranty.

edit - Antec wanted the original box back then. Havent bought them since.

Ive never had to warranty an antec product. With any product replacement all companies seem to be slow, hoping you forget about it. just keep hounding them and it will happen faster.

Opened another ticket, they said I'm on the waiting list, and will send it as soon as it arrives from Asia...
