What should two things should i upgrade

monitor and resolution ? power supply ? operating system ( and 32 or 64bit ?)) what makes you think you need an upgrade ?

getting the benq tomorrow, 1920x1080. 650w. and windows 7 64 bit, just like to get better fps on some games, sometimes it drops. think it might be because of how hot it gets, its at 40.5 centigrade atm
