You're links are not working, but from what I can see, there's nothing wrong with your build. How much does this build come to? Is there budget room to upgrade the graphics card (GTX 660ti or better)? The Lite-On BD writer looks to write DVDs as well, so what is the need for a separate DVD writer? What is the resolution of your 50" TV?

Sounds ok rig to me.
Note: I do not know Seagate much but I am buying a Seagate Constellation or a enterprise HDD from Seagate. I know they sound like HDD from the old days or in other words they rattle a tad when they are in use. I would suggest you check reviewers for the Seagate you are buying, after all it is a system also used for entertainment, isn't it.
I wanted to check reviewers for the MSI motherboard for compatibility with memory you chose but pff newegg is out of stock and does not have a single review:/
Go to MSI and check memory compatibility for this board.

Again, your Blu-Ray burner should be able to play MP3/CDs as well, unless you're looking for a drive to play CDs while burning blu-ray/dvds. Also, I'd probably go for the HD7850 unless budget allows for the GTX660ti or better.
