Updated Graphics card now screen is smaller!

I just upgraded my graphics card to a Radeon R7770 and I installed the drivers and all that now there's black frame all around my desktop like it shrunk down the screen size. I already tried checking screen resolution and it's where it should be 1920x1080. I'm using HDMI. I don't know what else it could be. before I installed drivers everything was blown up like when your not using a graphics card but after I installed drivers it got to right proportions but now I have a way smaller screen with the black frame all around. Thank you for reading this and I hope someone can help.

Open Catalyst Control Center and go to "My Digital Flatpanels" then to "Scaling Options"

Move the slider from "Underscan" towards 0 or from 0 toward "Overscan"

Then send an Email to AMD and tell them to fire the idiot who implemented that
