Microcenter Repair

Not sure if this is the ideal section, but was wondering if Microcenter has a good reputation when it comes to repairing computers. They repaired my computer recently, but sent it back to me working, but unable to shut down properly. They said they would fix it free of charge, so I have to give them another shot. I just hope if a piece of hardware is the problem that they don't put a cheap piece of junk in there..

Yeah, that's what I've been reading online too, it could also be the PSU. The only thing wrong with my PC in the first place (to my knowledge) was that an internal cable for the monitor connection had become disconnected. Microcenter then installed drivers saying mine were out of date, from what I've read the drivers could be causing the problem.
