Comparison of two HD 7850

I'm looking to build my first PC desktop and while looking for a good GPU on newegg and pretty much deciding on a HD7850, I noticed this comparison of two HD 7850 cards and while the price is different between the first two cards, everything else seems the same (spec wise).

From what I could see, the edition change from ZNFC to CNFC.

look at their biggest differences:

Power Connector 6 Pin 2 x 6 Pin
Card Dimensions 7.8" x 4.4" x 1.5" 9.5" x 4.4" x 1.5"

one is smaller and requires 1 pin, the other is larger and requires 2 6 pins.

do the extra pins for the power connection mean the card runs more efficiently?

the size of the card increases as well, is it all just physical differences or are there performance differences?

Extra pin means you will be able to overclock much more and it will run more stable.

Don't forget the extra 1GB of ram on the CNFC the ZNFC is a 1GB part while the CNFC is a 2GB part

If money are issue I would recommend going with used 6950 2Gb. It performs slightly better than 7850 and you can get it cheaper ....used go for ~160-180 on ebay.
However I would rather got with 7870 it is only$30 more at $239.99

Great input!

After some consideration, I may just wait for either the 7870 to come down a bit in price or save up a bit longer for it. I'm surprised how sudden some price drops are with GPUs. is there a way to "time" purchases with these cards?
I hate buying something and only having a big price drop or something better for the same price come by the next month lol...
