This is my first time trying to build a computer so i was wondering if these parts are compatible and if you have any suggestion on what i should do to make it better would be great. thanks, can this video card even run three monitors? Can i go from a display port to hdmi and plug in a monitor?

Compatible yes. The best for the price. Probably not. First get rid of that PSU you don't want a Cooler Master PSU they have good cases and air coolers but have put out some shoddy PSU.
If you want to be able to play games at high settings with three monitors I'd upgrade the GPU or add in a second.
For the PSU this brand is commonly considered the best.

Yes good but unless you do rendering you won't need more than 8 GB.
At lowest I'd go with two 7850 although you could go two 7870 or 7950's would be preferable.
