Will my Rig be able to MAX games?

1 TB 7200 RPM HDD

Will I be able to max out possibly every game @ 1080p?

Can a OC to 4.2 GHz bring about more performance?

At 60fps average, yes, but the min fps won't be max all the time.

that will handle anything out now at 1080p and as azeem says, min fps might drop but never to unplayable levels even with AA and maxed out effects.

even at stock the cpu will not be limiting your gpu in most games, bar maybe heavy strategy games. so an OC can never hurt, and you might notice a slight frame increase yes.
