My advice:

If you can, get a new PSU and a 6870. But that could be out of your budget. So my idea is get a 7770. It should run fine with your PSU. But also, upgrade your RAM. 4 GB would be the minimum, while 8 would be ideal. RAM is cheap these days.

IMO 7770+Ram is better than 6870, even if it somehow manages to run on your PSU.

Good luck choosing.

ower Consumption (Max TDP)

Radeon HD 7770 80 Watts
Radeon HD 6870 151 Watts
Difference: 71 Watts (89%)
Memory Bandwidth

In theory, the Radeon HD 6870 will be 87% quicker than the Radeon HD 7770 overall, due to its greater data rate. (explain)

Radeon HD 6870 134400 MB/sec
Radeon HD 7770 72000 MB/sec
Difference: 62400 (87%)
Texel Rate

The Radeon HD 6870 should be a lot (about 26%) more effective at AF than the Radeon HD 7770. (explain)
Radeon HD 6870 50400 Mtexels/sec
Radeon HD 7770 40000 Mtexels/sec
Difference: 10400 (26%)
Pixel Rate

If using lots of anti-aliasing is important to you, then the Radeon HD 6870 is a better choice, by far. (explain)
Radeon HD 6870 28800 Mpixels/sec
Radeon HD 7770 16000 Mpixels/sec

Bus Width 256-bit 128-bit

but why my system supplier is telling you will run it any of the listed card
he say go for cool master 550 fx is he making me fool to get his unit sold

first upgrade your psu and then go with 6870 if you can.unfortunately you have one of the worst power supply on planet which is capable of damaging your system.a quality 550w is enough for a single card setup.
and also upgrade your ram to atleast 4GB.

The Corsair CX600 should be perfect for that build.

Like the others said, the HD 6870 is the way you should go.
From a GTS 250, a GTX550Ti, would be little to no improvement, an HD 7750, maybe a minor 5-10% upgrade, a HD 6850, should see a significant boost, and a HD 6870, even better.

And buy more RAM. If I'm not mistaken, you'be got an extra slot for adding another 2 GB stick, so do that.
